The last 18 months have been hard and if you're feeling depleted, scattered, frustrated-or maybe a combo of all three, then join Nell DeVito, at 9am on 9/13 and 9/27, to connect, learn and collect tips and tools around the topics of mindfulness and resilience. Think part mastermind/part meditation-you'll leave understanding more about yourself and others, and launch your week feeling more grounded, tuned in and ready to move forward with intention and purpose.
