In today's fast-paced and ever-changing world, effective leadership demands resilience — the ability to bounce back from setbacks and thrive amidst challenges. Our upcoming workshop, "Nano Tools for Leaders: Building Resilience for Dynamic Leadership," provides fast, effective tools that can be learned and implemented in less than 15 minutes, enabling leaders to significantly enhance their own resilience and that of their teams.
Through a combination of dynamic interactive activities and evidence-based strategies, this workshop will explore the four key factors of resilience encapsulated in the acronym REAL: Relationships, Efficacy, Affect, and Learning.
