Our warehouse has over 2000 square feet of space with a capacity of 162 people. There is a basic kitchen area to one side (no cooking facilities), which is available for caterers or clients to use. We will provide tables and chairs, if requested. Client is responsible for all linens, decor, food, beverages, and applicable beverage licenses. 4 hour minimum reservation required, only during evenings and weekends unless special permission is given. $200/hr
