This session offers nonprofit leaders a rare pause. Your Leadership Year: Intention, Practice, and Sustainability centers on the leader—not the to-do list—inviting participants to choose a guiding word for the year ahead, and name the practices that will help them lead with steadiness and purpose. This is a conversational, reflective space to begin the year grounded rather than depleted.
